Kforce is seeking a Project Manager in Miami FL, (Florida).ResponsibilitiesInitiating and chartering different phases of the projectManaging all aspects of project execution including creating and tracking cost, schedule and scope baselinesEnsures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriatelyManaging risks and issuesProviding clear and accurate weekly and monthly project reporting and forecastingDelivering projects and organizational change management to production using readiness assessment, sign-off and project close-out techniquesActing as a champion to foster a positive project work environment, identify and resolve project related problems, and successfully lead the team to accomplish all the project objectives within allotted time and budget constraints* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experienceA current PM Certification is highly desirable5 to 7 years of progressive project management experience in Information Technology.Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server is essential.Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills are essentialAbility to work independentlyStrong Leadership skillsStrong customer service skillsDemonstrated experience successfully managing IT projects and be able to cite practical examples of this including example deliverablesExperience with project scheduling tools and in particular with MS Project and Microsoft TFS
