Job DescriptionSenior Project Manager - Residential ConstructionA well-established residential construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple high-value residential construction projects. This role is ideal for a construction leader with a strong track record of managing complex projects, leading teams, and delivering exceptional quality homes on schedule and within budget.The Senior Project Manager will play a critical leadership role by guiding project teams, coordinating with executives, and ensuring the successful execution of residential developments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee multiple residential construction projects from planning through completionManage project budgets, schedules, and financial performanceSupervise and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teamsCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholdersEnsure projects meet quality standards, building codes, and safety requirementsMonitor project risks and proactively resolve issues affecting timelines or costsProvide leadership during project planning, scheduling, and resource allocationMaintain communication with executives, clients, and project teamsTrack project performance and prepare progress reportsQualifications8+ years of experience in residential construction project managementProven experience managing large or complex residential construction projectsStrong leadership experience managing project teams and multiple projects simultaneouslyDeep understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and schedulingStrong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to manage project budgets and financial reportingBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredCompensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $115,000 - $160,000 per yearPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits packageLong-term career growth and leadership opportunitiesCollaborative and professional work environmentFor more information or to apply:Call or Text: Brandon Hill at 743-223-5229 Email: brandon.hill@gogpac.com
