Before becoming an agent, I worked with State Farm in the claims department, which gave me valuable insight into how important the right coverage and guidance can be for customers when they need it most.I'm a graduate of the University of Maryland and take pride in staying connected with the communities we serve. QUALIFICATIONS:Communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and able to multitask.Previous customer service experience preferred.
