Role Description This is a full-time on-site entry level hybrid role in sales, operations, and finance support, located in Pelzer, SC. The role involves assisting with sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting day-to-day operational and financial tasks. Key responsibilities include handling client inquiries, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting sales processes, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. The position is ideal for an entry-level candidate eager to build a multi-disciplinary career. Qualifications Proficiency in Analytical Skills, including problem-solving and data analysis.Strong Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and professional interaction with clients and team members.Customer Service expertise with a focus on addressing client needs effectively and building lasting relationships.Sales and Sales Operations skills, including the ability to assist in managing pipelines, leads, and supporting sales strategies.Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive approach.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in using standard business software like Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
