Metro Territory Sales RepresentativeWilsonart is seeking an experienced Metro Territory Sales Representative to support Western North Carolina, portions of South Carolina, and Eastern Tennessee. This role is responsible for promoting and selling Wilsonart products across a diverse customer base including millwork fabricators, OEMs, kitchen and bath firms, furniture manufacturers, and contractors. This position partners with Specification Representatives to support specification efforts within the design community while driving demand, developing new business, and growing existing accounts. The role requires a consultative sales approach and a strong focus on territory growth. Performs other tasks as required.Territory: Western North Carolina, portions of South Carolina, and Eastern TennesseeHome Office / Nearest Distribution Facility: Greenville, SCEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage time and resources to meet sales targetsDevelop forecasts and execute territory growth strategiesCreate demand across key customer segments and identify new opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagementPartner with Specification Representatives to support project opportunities and conversionAnalyze account activity to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and executionMaintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRMStay current on product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscapeDeliver a high level of service to support customer successPosition may require lifting up to 50 pounds and working in industrial environmentsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience with CRM tools and pipeline managementFamiliarity with consultative sales techniquesStrong business acumen and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of building materials or decorative surfaces preferredExperience with specification and channel sales preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and travel as neededMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a closely related field.
