Fluent in Spanish and English Pay $16.50 Shift 11am-8pm Resume/Interview Description: Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems Process customer orders accurately, including order entry, confirmations, changes, and cancellations Provide product information, pricing, lead times, and availability work 5 days a week. Days can vary. They will take about 60 phone calls a day. Many of these phone calls can be frustrated customers so need someone who can be calm and has good customer service skills. They do not need prior call center experience, but this is a plus. Experience with Microsoft programs is a plus
