Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional multitasking skills, the ability to de-escalate calls with professionalism and empathy, and a strong commitment to resolving customer issues efficiently.Responsibilities:Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a timely, professional mannerDe-escalate calls and resolve customer complaints effectively and empatheticallyProvide updates on repair status, shipping details, and order informationWork collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer concernsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issuesFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolutionMultitask efficiently while managing a high call and email volumeMaintain knowledge of company services, warranty terms, and shipping policiesSupport sales and service teams by providing customer feedback and insightsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or technical environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or escalated situationsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentProficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience preferred)SAP experience is a plus, but not required
