DescriptionJob Title:Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) TechnicianLocation:Nationwide Travel (Based in U.S.)Job Type:Full-TimeSchedule:5 days x 8-hour shifts or 4 days x 10-hour shiftsMonday-Friday with weekend travel as neededWork Location:On the road (travel required weekly)Position Summary:Alliance Technical Group is hiring an Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) Technician to join our growing team! The OGI team is responsible for performing inspections on various types of facilities in the Oil and Gas Industry to identify and quantify gas leaks and vents. We are currently hiring enthusiastic, adventurous, science or mechanically minded individuals who have the desire to obtain valuable work experience and learn on the job. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of industrial processes, and travel to various customer locations with all travel expenses paid.The work is conducted safely outdoors, in the field, sometimes at elevated heights, so you must love being outside.Looking for candidates with an understanding of oil and gas field operations and have experience in performing leak detection projects is a plus. OGI Certified Technicians will be given precedence. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
