Job Description Outside B2B Sales Representative – Mitigation & Construction Partnerships Location: Greater Los Angeles / Southern California (Field-Based) Compensation: Commission-Based (Percentage of Closed Revenue – 2-Year Residuals) About Us We are an established construction company specializing in restoration services related to insurance and property damage claims. We partner closely with mitigation and restoration companies to provide high-quality construction services for their clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven, experienced B2B outside sales professional to help us expand our referral and partnership network. Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Outside B2B Sales Representative to identify, develop, and secure long-term partnerships with mitigation and restoration companies. This role is focused on relationship-building—not retail sales. You will be responsible for opening doors, establishing trust, and bringing qualified mitigation partners into our construction pipeline. This is a performance-based role ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in the field and understands referral-driven sales. Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect mitigation and restoration companies within assigned territory Conduct in-person meetings to present our services and partnership model Establish referral agreements and ongoing working relationships Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding of new partners Maintain professional relationships to support long-term collaboration Track activity and provide periodic reporting on outreach and partnerships Compensation Structure Commission-Based Compensation: Earn a percentage of total construction revenue generated from mitigation partners you introduce Commission applies to all qualifying projects originating from that partner Residual Term: Commission is paid for a two (2) year period starting from the date of the initial agreement between the mitigation company and our firm No cap on earnings No draw; paid based on actual collected revenue Detailed commission percentages and payment schedule will be outlined in the sales agreement.
