Landscape Account/Project Manager

Job Description :Pazmany Bros. Landscaping has been in business since 1981 and serves residential and business customers in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties with Landscape Construction and Maintenance Services. We are located in Sunnyvale near Lawrence Expressway. We are looking for an Account/Project Manager with interpersonal skills to allow effective communication with clients and other workers. The Account/Project Manager should be proficient in working with blueprints, architectural drawings, and understand local regulations regarding setbacks, codes and landscape design.The responsibilities of the Landscape Project Manager are:Managing a job from its conception to completion.Meeting with clients to discuss landscaping ideas, creating estimates for laborFollowing budgets and providing change orders if necessaryLeading team members involved in landscape projectsTraining teams in proper work methodsWork to ensure that the job/project is in line with goals & timelinesUnderstanding plant material, soil types, irrigation systems, pest control, and landscape construction methodsPlacing material ordersReviewing purchase receipts for accuracyDiscussing designs with clients and suppliersAnalyzing data concerning drainage, structural locations, and environmental impacts of a projectUsing knowledge of landscape principles to determine if all work complies with local standards and regulationsMeeting with people outside the organization, like city inspectors or clients to communicate the goals and progress of landscape plansWorking both inside an office and outdoors on a job siteCoordinating with owners and others to ensure project is progressing on schedule.Keeping up to date project folders and files with plansCommunicating effectively and professionally to ownersCommunicating progress on landscape projects to company management and field staff effectivelyQualifications include a minimum of 7 years in Landscape construction, bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred, good communication skills, team player, excellent work ethic.We have medical as well as a performance bonus program after a standard waiting period.Company DescriptionPazmany Bros.
