Part-Time Hotel Front Desk Attendant

We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You'll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. You will bring excellent communication skills and a passion for putting our guests first. If you love interacting with people in a positive work environment, apply now!Responsibilities:Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests' needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programsCommunicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are readyField customer complaints when necessaryGreet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card informationBookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account informationBe able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentQualifications:Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skillsWell-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situationsHigh school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalentWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferredPEP reservation system preferredMust be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shiftAbout Company:Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 20 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
