Mechanical Assembler

We are currently hiring Mechanical Assemblers to join our team in Plano, TX. Compensation for this position ranges from $19.00 to $20.90 per hour. Shift Details: This role is exclusively for the 2nd shift, operating Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Please note that business demands may necessitate working overtime. Core Responsibilities Construct mechanical parts by adhering to established production guidelines and instructions. Operate both manual and powered tools with a focus on safety and efficiency. Ensure all assembly tasks align with rigorous quality benchmarks and detailed procedures. Interpret manufacturing documentation to support accurate assembly processes. Conduct thorough visual checks to help maintain high product quality standards for our customers. Keep your workstation tidy and systematic to support efficient operations. Consistently achieve targets related to production volume, quality output, and reliable attendance. Candidate Qualifications Prior experience in production, assembly, or mechanical environments is highly desirable. Proficiency in utilizing standard hand and power equipment. Capability to comprehend and execute instructions provided in English, both written and spoken. Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail to ensure the highest level of quality. Maintain a strong record of punctuality and consistent attendance. Possess legal authorization to work within the United States. Essential Requirements Candidates must be proficient in English, as all aspects of the interview and onboarding process are conducted in that language. You will also need to successfully complete an online onboarding sequence, a drug test, and an on-site visit prior to your start date. Please ensure you have steel-toe footwear ready for your first day. Role Overview This is a specialized, hands-on mechanical assembly role situated within a manufacturing facility.
