6+ month contractSpecifically, this contractor will be commissioned to continue the Integrated Platform and Product Operating Model (IPPOM) and its transformation into a technology product-centric organization.Lead and execute moderately complex initiatives to improve IT services.Apply subject matter expertise to design and implement process improvements.Provide data-driven recommendations on cost transparency, service performance, and workforce utilization.Promote adoption of best practices through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.Contribute to strategic planning and business case development.Work with cross-functional teams on technical and non-technical matters related to the successful launch of products and solutions.Manage large projects or processes that span outside of the immediate job area.Communicate and collaborate closely with outside clients
