Mortgage Disclosure Desk Analyst

Position SummaryThe Mortgage Disclosure Desk Analyst is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and delivering accurate and compliant mortgage disclosures throughout the loan lifecycle. This role works closely with Loan Officers, Processing, Underwriting, and Closing teams to ensure all federal, state, and investor disclosure requirements are met within required timelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in mortgage compliance and disclosure regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and issue initial disclosures, revised disclosures, and re-disclosures in compliance with TRID and all applicable federal and state regulationsReview loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to disclosure issuanceMonitor disclosure timelines to ensure regulatory requirements are metAudit loan files for required documentation and disclosure accuracyCommunicate with Loan Officers, Processors, and Operations teams regarding missing information or disclosure correctionsEnsure all fees, loan terms, and tolerance requirements are accurately disclosedTrack and resolve disclosure-related conditions and compliance issuesMaintain knowledge of investor guidelines, compliance updates, and industry regulationsAssist with pipeline management to ensure timely movement of loans through the processSupport internal audits, quality control reviews, and compliance initiativesMaintain accurate records within Encompass and other mortgage systemsQualifications2+ years of mortgage disclosure, processing, compliance, or mortgage operations experience preferredStrong understanding of TRID, RESPA, TILA, and mortgage disclosure requirementsExperience working in Encompass preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple loans and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and OutlookHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferredPreferred SkillsKnowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan productsAbility to review fee tolerances and identify compliance discrepanciesStrong time management and prioritization abilitiesTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work independentlyBenefitsCompetitive compensationHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k)
