Senior Equipment Technician

Job Description Aaction Rents is looking for an experienced Equipment Technician to join our team. We are seeking someone with strong diagnostic and repair skills who can work independently, help support multiple store locations as needed, and bring leadership and mentorship to the shop.This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a skilled technician who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot efficiently, and wants to be part of a solid team in a fast-paced rental environment.What You'll Be Working On:Construction and rental equipmentDiesel enginesHydraulic systemsElectrical troubleshooting and repairPreventative maintenance and inspectionsDiagnosing and repairing equipment in both shop and field settingsSupporting and mentoring developing technicians What We're Looking For:Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExperience working on construction, rental, or heavy equipmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionReliable, dependable, and safety-mindedWelding/fabrication experience is a plusCDL/Class A is a plus, but not requiredWhy Aaction Rents?We are a locally owned company with a strong reputation, a supportive team environment, and long-term employees.
