Join us and you’ll develop your skills and expertise to the very highest levels, working in an international environment for a company known the world over for its brilliance.Key AccountabilitiesManage after sales business opportunities for Direct End Customers and Distributors/Dealers supporting the Stationary Business Unit, specific to Natural Gas Power GenerationProvide responsive assistance to coordinate and support Direct End Customers and Distributors/Dealers on requests for call out services, product information and quality concerns specific to Natural Gas Power GenerationQuote Direct End Customers and Distributors/Dealers in prospecting for new sales representing the Natural Gas Power Generation after sales product linePromote Direct End Customer and Distributor/Dealer training with regards to after sales parts topics, systems, products, programs and promotions.Ensure that parts inventory and training levels are sufficient (ex. at Distributors/Dealers) to provide quality sales and after sales support to Natural Gas Power Generation customersSupport new business opportunities for mtu after sales products, develop and execute proposals, quotes and follow through to make the saleCollect forecasts and develop business cases for future mtu after sales products and servicesTrack and report on industry trends, business conditions and account status to develop future products and salesIdentify and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and satisfactory mannerMonitor, implement and evaluate mtu's procedures, policies and agreements to increase customer awareness and compliancePrepare and present professional presentations to customers, management and staffMaintain knowledge of mtu products, applications, after sales systems, procedures and policiesAttend trade shows and events and reports activitiesPromote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.Perform special projects as requiredBasic RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management and 3 years of applicable experience in support, sales or parts-marketing within after-sales; or 6 years of experience in support, sales or parts marketing within after salesMust be able to speak and communicate fluently in SpanishTo be considered for this role you must be a US Citizen or Green Card HolderPreferred QualificationsStrong ability to be a self-starter and work extended periods without supervisionStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong organizational, planning and follow-up skillsStrong analytical ability to handle complex issuesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make recommendationsProject management skillsAbility and willingness to travel domestic and international on short notice, up to 50% of the timeProficient with PC and MS Office Suite Knowledge of MTU organization (products, policies & procedures) Adequate knowledge of heavy-duty diesel/gas engines or comparable diesel/gas products and/or Generator SetsKnowledge of SAP operating systemRolls-Royce is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
