Learn more about our vision at https://www.exo.inc/our-visionJob Summary:We are looking for a high-energy EPM to lead the engineering product development cycle and guide cross-functional engineering teams to meet design and schedule goals. You will be responsible for leading hardware and software engineering development from product concept to mass production, aligning with operations and manufacturing.Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):Own and track engineering development schedulesWork closely alongside engineering teams to coordinate the release of the designs forhardware subsystemsCoordinate the UX/ID and SW development to intersect with the product scheduleProvide status and reports on engineering development to the individualcustomers and partnersLead weekly and monthly cross-functional program management meetingsResponsible for planning and execution of build events, including material planning andfactory readinessBe the primary point of contact with manufacturing to establish a daily build planProvide clear direction and guidance to meet the program and build objectivesTravel internationally to support development builds (up to 10%)Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:BS degree in EE/CE/ME degree required, MS preferredProven track record of at least 5 years managing complex hardware product schedulesand engineering builds in medical technology and/or consumer electronicsStrong technical background in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringPrior experience managing the development of custom engineering programs forindividual customers.Proactive and highly self-motivated; demonstrates critical thinking capabilities with strong attention to detailUnderstands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change; remainsflexible and calm when facing uncertaintyAbility to work with all levels across the organizationExecutive presence and the ability to influence othersAbility to travel internationallyUnderstanding of high-volume manufacturing processesBonus - Additional languages (Mandarin, Korean, etc.)Compensation Disclosure Salary Range: $155,000 up to $185,000The final compensation offered for this position will depend on role, level, qualifications, experience, and work location.
