Engineering Program Manager

The role is within the Products & Research (P&R) EPM team Work involves:Cross-functional EPM DRI for a year-long Sales & Trends migration programEPM for other data science-related and customer-facing analytics systems and projectsDrive the team’s execution on status reporting, roadmap reviews, quarterly engineering reviews and/or newsletters The factors we are looking for in an EPM are:Strong understanding of technical conceptsStrong strategic thinking skillsStrong project management skillsStrong communication skillsAble to handle fast paced and ambiguously defined projects with multiple customers and partnersFamiliarity with using a Mac laptop preferredFamiliarity with big data technology preferred A***** experience preferred (to enaPrble him/her to get up to speed on our tooling set quickly and more independently)Someone who understands and thinks about data and data analytics. Not the “containers” of data (ie, it moves from here to there), but the data inside the containers. What is the meaning of the data in the datasets? How is it transformed? If the data changes, what analytics or metrics would break or would no longer make sense?
