Workingclosely with the Executive Director and the Managing Director of Development and Partnerships, thisrole owns the systems and workflows that keep development running gift processing and invoicing,CRM and database management, donor reporting, and pipeline tracking while also executing thedonor communications and digital content that keep the Foundations work visible and its donorsengaged.This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems and storytelling. The rightcandidate brings rigor and attention to detail to database management and gift processing, and thatsame clarity and care to donor communications: acknowledgements, reports, newsletters, one-pagers.Above all, this role requires someone who can manage competing priorities with precision and followthrough, who takes ownership of their work, and who finds meaning in the behind-the-scenes work that makes the Foundations mission possible.Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising OperationsExecute donor gift processing, invoicing, acknowledgements, and documentation for corporate,foundation, and individual donorsSupport the Executive Director and Managing Director of Development and Partnerships withpipeline tracking, forecasting, and progress reporting toward annual fundraising goalsCollaborate with finance and operations partners to reconcile gifts, pledges, invoices, andpaymentsConduct prospect research and analyze funding sources and philanthropic trends to helpposition the Foundation ahead of shifts in funding prioritiesSupport the implementation of a comprehensive plan to identify new potential funders andsecure commitments in support of the Foundations $8M+ annual revenue targetPrepare briefing materials, proposals, presentations, and customized communicationsTrack and monitor donor benefits to ensure the Foundation delivers meaningful, high-qualitypartnership experiencesDonor Communications and Content ManagementLead the planning, development, and execution of donor-facing and external communicationsthat advance the Foundations brand, visibility, and fundraising goalsManage and regularly update the PREA Foundation website, ensuring content is accurate,engaging, current, and aligned with organizational prioritiesDevelop, schedule, and oversee content for social media platforms, using storytelling, data, andprogram highlights to engage donors, partners, and the broader industry audienceDraft, edit, and coordinate a wide range of communications materials, including donornewsletters, email campaigns, annual reports, case statements, proposals, one-pagers,presentations, and talking pointsTranslate program outcomes, grantmaking results, and impact data into compelling narrativestailored to different audiences, including donors, board members, partners, and the publicEnsure consistency of voice, messaging, and visual identity across all communications andcollateralCoordinate with external consultants, designers, writers, and marketing vendors as needed tosupport communications and brand initiativesTrack and analyze engagement metrics (e.g., email, website, social media performance) toinform communications strategies and continuous improvementDonor Stewardship and EngagementManage donor stewardship activities to ensure a consistent, positive, and high-touch donorexperienceCoordinate and execute donor benefits, recognition, and annual touchpoints in a timely andprofessional mannerPrepare and distribute donor updates, grant reports, and impact summaries in collaborationwith program and leadership teamsServe as a primary point of contact for existing donor inquiries, responding with professionalism,discretion, and responsivenessCoordinate donor engagement opportunities such as site visits, event invitations, and volunteerexperiences that connect donors with the Foundations programs, grantees, and missionSupport donor meetings, events, and convenings, including preparation of briefing materials,presentations, follow-up communications, and relationship trackingDatabase Management, Reporting, and SystemsMaintain accurate and up-to-date donor records within the Foundations CRM and fundraisingdatabasesEnsure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and effective use of donor data to supportstewardship, communications, and fundraising strategyGenerate regular reports on fundraising activity, donor engagement, and portfolio health forleadership and board reportingBuild and maintain dashboards, tracking systems, and workflows that improve visibility into thedevelopment pipelineTrain and support team members on CRM best practices and data entry standardsWho Youll Work WithYou will report to the Managing Director of Development and Partnerships and collaborate with agrowing team of 3 employees.
