We're looking for a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our residential service team in Sterling, VA. You'll earn while you learn, work alongside seasoned electricians, and follow a clear path to licensure.What We Offer• $17.00–$20.00/hour based on experience and qualifications• Consistent full-time schedule• Hands-on training alongside experienced electricians every day• Clear advancement path to licensure• Tuition assistance (with a one-year contract)• Performance bonuses — including a $1,000 monthly bonus once you hit the technician level (first year)• Paid time off and paid holidays• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance• 401(k) with 4% company match• A supportive, team-first work cultureWhat You'll DoAs an Electrical Apprentice, you'll work side-by-side with licensed electricians on residential service and installation jobs — gaining real skills in a real environment.• Assist with residential electrical service and installation• Learn proper electrical techniques, tool usage, and safety procedures• Keep your job site and service vehicle clean and organized• Protect customer property on every visit• Handle tools, materials, and job documentation as needed• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and growth activities• Represent the company with professionalism in customers' homesWhat We're Looking For• Positive attitude and a hunger to learn• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on curiosity about the trades• Strong communication and customer service skills• Professional appearance and demeanor• Willingness to take direction and put in the work• Ability to function both independently and as part of a team• Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordPhysical RequirementsCandidates must be able to:• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs and carry equipment up to 250 feet unassisted• Safely use ladders and hand/power tools• Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and confined areas• Tolerate dust, debris, and occasional unpleasant conditions• Stand or work on concrete and uneven surfaces for extended periods• Work outdoors in varying weather• Work more than 40 hours per week when neededReady to Build Something That Lasts?If you're dependable, driven, and ready to invest in a skilled trade career, we want to hear from you.
