WordPress & Elementor Web Designer/Developer

WordPress & Elementor Web Designer *Remote — United States or Canada only* *$20 USD per hour | Approximately 5–10 hours per week* We’re looking for someone comfortable with WordPress and Elementor to build and update a restaurant website with basic forms. You’ll work directly with the owner, including scheduled Zoom sessions, to create attractive, easy-to-use pages that work well on phones, tablets, and computers. Students, recent graduates, and self-taught applicants are welcome if you can demonstrate the required skills. Senior-level experience is not necessary. *What you’ll do* * Build and update pages using WordPress and Elementor. * Improve layouts, navigation, spacing, typography, and mobile appearance. * Add and format supplied text, images, and other content. * Create and test basic forms, including confirmation messages, spam protection, and email delivery. * Handle routine website maintenance, including WordPress and plugin updates, backups, and basic troubleshooting. * Suggest practical improvements and complete agreed tasks between meetings. *What we’re looking for* * *Required:* Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining WordPress websites using Elementor. Experience with Elementor Pro is preferred. * An eye for clean design and attention to detail. * Ability to make pages work properly on mobile devices. * Experience setting up and testing website forms. * Reliable communication and availability for scheduled Zoom sessions during Eastern Time business hours. * Residence in the United States or Canada. Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is helpful. Advanced programming skills and a college degree are not required. *Schedule and pay* * Approximately 5–10 hours per week, depending on workload. * Flexible scheduling around agreed deadlines and Zoom meetings. * $20 USD per hour.
