This position is ideal for someone early in their career with strong analytical abilities, an accounting foundation, and a high level of curiosity and initiative. The team is looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and develop within a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Assist with journal entries and general ledger activities• Support account reconciliations and month-end close activities• Assist with AP/AR functions and financial record maintenance• Build and maintain financial reports, models, and reporting templates• Support KPI reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting activities• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities• Assist with dashboard creation and management reporting• Support ad hoc analysis and data projects as needed• Assist with audit support and documentation requestsQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required• Internship or 0–2 years of accounting, finance, or analytical experience preferred• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities• Strong ERP and systems aptitude• Ability to work independently and take initiative• Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or data visualization tools preferred• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
