Oracle Hcm Consultant Highlighted is must:8+ years of relevant Workday experience with deep understanding of HCM modules including Core HCM, Recruitment, Core and advanced Compensation, Security, Reporting, Talent & Performance, Payroll Integrations etc.Configure Workday HCM for new functionality and enhancements, including calculated fields, condition rules, eligibility rules, and business processes to support outlined requirements, while mitigating issues or impacts on other business areasCollaborate with HR leaders, HR Business Partners, HRIS analysts, stakeholders, and functional teams to understand their needs, document technical requirements, and determine configuration optionsLead or participate in interactive discussions regarding best practices, business process development, or configuration options across various Workday HCM modulesIdentify system improvement opportunities and propose actionable recommendationsMaintain design documentation to reflect the impact of configuration changes on business processes and communicate these to various stakeholdersConduct root cause analysis for break fixes and issues and identify impacted employees, users, or data clean-upManage configuration updates during Workday HCM releases and upgrades, coordinate with Workday support for new functionality requests and defect fixesLead clients through all project phases including discovery, design, configuration, and testingAdvise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systemsWorks closely with integration team with functional data mapping and configuration impactsFunctional understanding of custom apps development using Workday Extend would be an added advantage.
