Job Description Labor Solutions is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Mixer Operator to join our team in Mitchellville. This role is responsible for mixing materials according to specifications, handling large product loads, and operating high reach forklifts in a fast-paced production environment.Pay:$21.99/hour Hours:1st & 2nd ShiftResponsibilities: Operate mixing equipment to blend materials per production requirements Measure and load raw materials accurately Safely operate a high reach forklift to move materials and finished products Handle and transport items weighing 500+ pounds using proper equipment Monitor mixing processes and adjust as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelinesQualifications: Previous mixing or manufacturing experience preferred High reach forklift experience required Ability to safely handle heavy materials (500+ lbs with equipment) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good attendance and reliabilityCompany DescriptionLabor Solutions, LLC is a leader in the professional, temporary, and direct hire industry throughout the Midwest area.
