Our team values accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Position OverviewThis role is responsible for coordinating and supporting receiving, inventory control, material storage, job kitting, and shipping/logistics operations throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You’ll Do Shipping, Receiving & LogisticsCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments of components, materials, and suppliesProcess shipping and receiving transactions within an MRP systemVerify packing slips and deliveries for accuracy and report discrepanciesPrepare and package products for domestic and international shipmentsCoordinate freight pickups and deliveries with carriersMaintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory recordsAssist with occasional driving duties for material pickups or deliveriesInventory Control & Material ManagementMaintain organized inventory storage locations based on turnover and accessibilityLabel and identify inventory using tags, stamps, labels, and marking equipmentPerform cycle counts and inventory audits as directedInspect inventory for damage, wear, or defects and report issues to managementMaintain orderly and accessible inventory locations throughout the facilityAssist with disposal and documentation of obsolete materialsJob Kitting & Production SupportKit daily work orders according to production schedulesMaintain organization of job kits by location and project sizeUpdate and maintain kitting schedulesDeliver materials to production, quality, or designated inventory locationsWhat’s In It for YouStable, full-time opportunity with a growing manufacturing companyHands-on role with variety in daily responsibilitiesCross-training and long-term growth opportunitiesTeam-oriented environment with strong leadership supportOpportunity to gain forklift certification within 90 daysExposure to ISO-certified manufacturing processes and Lean practicesWhat You Need to Have1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, warehouse, or logistics operationsExperience using MRP or inventory management systemsValid driver’s license with an insurable driving recordStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and remain active throughout the shiftPreferred QualificationsForklift operating experiencePrevious manufacturing or warehouse experienceFamiliarity with international shipping documentationExposure to Lean manufacturing practicesNext StepsPlease respond with an updated resume!Call Kaice at 971-246-8429 or Ricky at 971-246-8432 to schedule an interview!
