A company is looking for a Land Representative to support land acquisition and stakeholder engagement activities across Nova Scotia. Key Responsibilities Execute land and right-of-way acquisition projects, ensuring compliance with project objectives Provide regular updates and maintain detailed records of correspondence and activities Negotiate terms with stakeholders and coordinate with public and regulatory bodies Required Qualifications Relevant experience in land, real estate, appraisal, or community relations roles A degree or diploma in land management, real estate, environmental science, or a related field is preferred Proficient in interpreting legislation, legal documents, and engineering drawings A valid G Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
