This role works closely with customer teams to identify challenges, develop technical solutions, and deliver results that improve productivity, quality, and cost performance.ResponsibilitiesDefine automation solutions for upgrades and process improvements in customer plantsCollaborate with customer teams to identify challenges and deliver effective solutionsDesign automation systems integrating hardware and softwareDevelop material specifications, schematics, and technical documentationSupport productivity improvement, quality enhancement, and cost reduction initiativesContribute to system design, implementation, and technical knowledge sharingQualificationsBachelors degree in an engineering-related field (Electrical or Mechatronics preferred)2 to 5 years of experience in a heavy industrial environment (metals manufacturing preferred)Experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs
