Role Description This is a hybrid role for an Automation Robotics Engineer, with work location based in Cumming, GA, and flexibility for remote work as needed. The Automation Robotics Engineer will design, develop, and implement advanced automation and robotic systems, analyze performance metrics, and optimize processes for efficiency. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating tailored solutions for automation challenges, and ensuring seamless integration of robotics into existing systems. Qualifications Expertise in Robotics and Process Automation, including the ability to design, test, and implement automated systems.Strong Analytical Skills for identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement in technical operations.Proficiency in Software Development with experience in programming and implementing software solutions for robotic systems.Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.Experience in project management and troubleshooting is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are an advantage.Industry certifications or hands-on experience with automation platforms and robotic systems are beneficial.
