Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Assistant located in Reynoldsburg, OH. The Marketing Assistant will support marketing and sales initiatives through market research, assisting with marketing campaigns, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating sales activities. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, maintaining detailed records, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Proficiency in Market Research and understanding market trends to support data-driven decision-making.Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing, with a proven ability to contribute to achieving team goals and targets.Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with office software and marketing tools such as CRM and design platforms is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
