This role is responsible for translating campaign requirements into accurate, scalable execution using enterprise campaign management tools. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, SQL expertise, and an understanding of customer databases to deliver targeted, high-quality campaigns while ensuring brand integrity. This position partners closely with marketing strategy, analytics, and other cross functional teams to support new initiatives, optimize processes, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.Your ImpactGather campaign requirements and translate to tactical execution specificationsMake recommendations for selecting targeted segments based on campaign objectivesExecute complex campaigns using multiple campaign execution tools.Proactively identify targeting and segmentation opportunities and communicate with team and cross functional partnersQA, both self and peer, all campaigns before releasingTroubleshoot and research data-related issues and recommend corrective actionsWork directly with team and cross-functional partners to understand new initiativesUnderstand the database structure and tablesEnsure integrity of VS brand through the support of marketing campaignsWrite SQL code as needed using Snowflake or dbeaverSupport continuous improvement across the teamClick here for benefit details related to this position.Minimum Salary: $76,700.00Maximum Salary: $101,955.00VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.QualificationsYour ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field2 or more years of experience working in a marketing delivery role with experience in Direct Marketing, Campaign Management, Marketing Service Provider, Marketing Agency, or Marketing OperationsExtensive experience with a campaign management tool, requiredAbility to critically assess a project or process to identify and communicate improvement opportunitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills to articulate requirements, communicate status, and interface with internal and external team membersDemonstrated experience working on multiple projects and/or assignments concurrently, with team members or independently, under aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environmentMust be highly organized and have a proven track record of multi-taskingCreative thinker with strong analytics focusSQL experience is a mustWe will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
