Job Description: Support Grove's operating forecast (weekly/monthly)Build and maintain models across:LTV / CAC by channelMarketing efficiency and spend allocationFulfillment and operational metricsIdentify risks, pressure-test assumptions, and proactively adjust outlookAnalyze paid media performanceEvaluate customer acquisition efficiency and cohort behaviorPartner with Marketing to optimize spend and improve paybacksModel shipping, labor, and operational costsIdentify cost drivers and opportunities for margin improvementSupport international expansionTranslate complex analysis into clear, actionable insightsSupport leadership and board-level discussions as neededOperate confidently in high-visibility environmentsRequirements: 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent depthBackground in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or similarDeep proficiency in Excel / Google SheetsExperience working cross-functionally with business teamsStrong communication skills—able to translate complexity into clarityComfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environmentsBenefits: Health insurance401(k)Paid time offFlexible work arrangementsProfessional development opportunities
