Their work directly informs major decisions made by Global corporates, Hedge funds and asset managers, Private equity firms and International financial institutions, including leading Japanese and Chinese investment banks.The firm sits at the intersection of Washington decision-making and global capital, translating U.S. political dynamics into clear, market-relevant insight.What You Will DoAs Chief, you will:Produce crisp, investor-ready political analysis connecting Congress, the White House, regulatory agencies, and marketsWrite tight, two-page analytical briefs distilling complex political developments into actionable insightProvide bottom-line political judgments for hedge funds, asset managers, private equity firms, corporates, and global banksServe as a trusted advisor to senior global executives navigating U.S. political riskRespond rapidly to client requests with tailored, high-confidence insightLead senior-level client engagements, including briefings, roundtables, webinars, and private sessionsCollaborate with research and commercial teams to expand a sophisticated global client baseYour analysis will directly influence major investment decisions and the strategic thinking of Fortune 100 leaders and international financial institutions.What We’re Looking ForRequired Background & Experience10+ years’ experience in U.S. policy, politics, or congressional leadershipSenior leadership experience on Capitol Hill, including:Chief of StaffDeputy Chief of StaffMajority or Minority Staff DirectorLegislative Director or Communications Director at the leadership levelDeep Republican network and credibility with GOP leadershipStrong familiarity with Trump-era policymaking, current legislative priorities, and intra-party dynamicsAbility to deliver clear, decisive judgments without extensive runwayExceptional Writing & Communication Skills (Critical)This is a writing-intensive, judgment-driven role.
