Corporate Paralegal

Role: Corporate ParalegalLocations: Baltimore, MD | Hackensack, NJ | New York City, NY | Wilmington, DE (Hybrid)We are looking for a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our growing team! In this role, you will work closely with our attorneys to navigate complex corporate matters and high-stakes transactions across our Northeast offices.What You’ll Do:Support attorneys in governance, business planning, and financial/transactional practices.Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced legal environment.Collaborate across offices to ensure seamless execution of corporate deals.What We’re Looking For:Experience: 5+ years as a Paralegal focusing on corporate and transactional law.Education: College degree and/or a Paralegal Certificate.Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Soft Skills: Exceptional written/verbal communication and a "team-player" mentality.Organization: A master of multitasking who can hit deadlines without breaking a sweat.
