Please do not contact the recruiter directly.Represent an exceptional lineup of world‐class spirits, beer, and wine — build relationships, grow market share, and elevate your sales career with Reyes Beverage Group.Portfolio: Modelo, Coors Light, Lagunitas, with a special concentration on our Spirits and Wine portfolio with brands like Gallo, Tito's, Jack Daniels, as well as our Sazerac portfolios.Schedule: Monday – Friday with early morning start timesFamily‐owned company with 50 years of stability and growth.Values‐driven culture focused on integrity, teamwork, and accountability.Ongoing training and development to support long‐term sales success.Competitive pay with incentive opportunities, 401(k) match, full health benefits, and generous PTO.Opportunities for advancement after 6 months of employment.Certified Great Place to Work 2024 – for the 5th Consecutive YearPosition Responsibilities:Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distributionAccomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunitiesMaintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standardsPlan and conduct regular sales visits to accountsManage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issuesMonitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impactOther projects or duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree and 0 to 2 plus years of related sales experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 3 to 4 plus years of specific experienceMust be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
