The Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and fixing minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, assembling furniture or equipment, painting, and ensuring the general upkeep of properties. The role also involves identifying and resolving safety hazards, maintaining tools and equipment, and responding promptly to client requests. Qualifications Basic knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems repairSkills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and handling maintenance tools and equipmentExperience with painting, carpentry, and general property maintenanceAbility to assess and resolve safety hazardsStrong time management, organizational, and communication skillsPhysical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objectsValid driver's license and reliable transportationPrior experience in a handyman or maintenance position is preferred
