Maintenance Technician

Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain and/or repairs all manufacturing and supporting equipment and building and property systems, including, air conditioning, plumbing, electricity, etc. at both WB and UV facilitiesMaintain wastewater plantMaintain equipment as per preventive maintenance scheduling.Support improvement projects at both the WB and UV plants.Develop PM/TPM programSupport safety team and OSHA safety initiativesRequired Skills/AbilitiesClean disciplinary recordStrong mechanical aptitudeIndustrial maintenance, electrical and/or HVAC troubleshooting experience preferred – certification a plusKnowledge/experience working in a Lean Manufacturing EnvironmentPLC experience a plusEducation And ExperienceAssociates’ degree or Journeyman’s card in industrial maintenance a plus – OR must start program after 12 months of employment.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift/move up to 50 pounds.What we offer youInitiativesfor circular economyWorking in an international environmentFlexible working modelAttractive remunerationand benefits as well as company pension schemeExternal employee consultingfor private and professionalFlat hierarchy with short, unbureaucratic decision-making processes
