Title: Lead ServiceNow Data EngineerLocation: Minneapolis, MN OR Charlotte ,NC OR Irving TX OR Chandler AZDuration: 18 months, possibility to extend or convert No C2C , OPT; applicants are requested to apply only for W2 (Open for H1 Transfer Role Summary:We are seeking Lead ServiceNow Data Engineer to work on multiple areas of reporting and analytics on ServiceNow including but not limited to Vulnerability Remediation, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog and Knowledge Management.Needs to understand data management, need advanced SQL experience, need someone who understand Data Analytics and can perform high scale Migrating from Core UI (old platform) to new platform (Modern UI, Workspace heavy) in ServiceNowNew UI – Performance Analytics, it’s pretty different from the Old version, so need someone with that experience Required Qualifications: 6 + years with ServiceNow Dev 5+ years of Database Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Performance AnalyticsIn this role, you will:Lead complex initiatives with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale software planning for the Technology areaDesign, develop, and run tooling to discover problems in data and applications and report the issues to engineering and product leadershipReview and analyze complex software enhancement initiatives for business, operational or technical improvements that require in depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factorsMake decisions in complex and multi-faceted data engineering situations requiring understanding of software package options and programming language and compliance requirements that influence and lead Technology to meet deliverables and drive organizational change Strategically collaborate and consult with internal partners to resolve highly risky data engineering challengesNice to have:3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Vulnerability Remediation3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Service CatalogLarge Financia Services or Regulated Field 3+ years of experience with Workspace and/or Portal development on ServiceNowEEO: “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
