Job DescriptionMust Have Technical/Functional SkillsJava, AWS, AgileRoles & Responsibilities• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB Develop and design RESTful services and APIs• Experience with Spring Boot, DevOps, Kafka, Rest Webservices, Micro Services and perform code reviews• Mentor team members and promote best practices in project delivery.• Knowledge in Policy Center with Property and Auto domain experience.• Experience working in SDLC and Agile methodologies.• Conceptualize, design, and build applications by turning wireframes into effective codes• Code for various platforms to ensure functionality across multiple channels.• Manage database administration and hosting responsibilities.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and drive issues and solve problems• Collaborate across time zones via GitHub/Jira comments, documents, video conferences as required.• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through deployment and post-production support.• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resource requirements, and success criteria.• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals.• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests• Monitor project progress and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.• Facilitate technical discussions, solution reviews, and architectural decisions.• Coordinate release management activities and production deployments
