We hope you'll join our teamThe OpportunityThe Clinic Site Manager reports directly to the Director and plays a pivotal role in coordinating all patient services throughout the medical facility. This position is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of patient care while ensuring operational efficiency across departments. As the Site Manager, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape the patient experience, lead a dedicated team, and contribute to the growth and success of our healthcare organization.What you'll doCoordinate and oversee all aspects of patient services throughout the facility, ensuring exceptional care deliveryEstablish work procedures, prepare staff schedules, and optimize departmental workflowLead, train, and develop a team of healthcare professionals, including providing ongoing performance feedbackAct as the primary liaison between medical providers, staff, and patientsMonitor and manage facility resources, including supplies, equipment, and budgetsConduct regular staff meetings and ensure quarterly safety training complianceMaintain compliance with healthcare regulations, including site inspections and OSHA requirementsResolve conflicts and serve as an information resource for staff and patientsWho you areFive (5) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)Five (5) years of medical group office experience including insurance billing and coding (preferred)High school diploma or GED (required)Some college education (preferred)HMO experience (preferred)Strong leadership and communication skills (required)Proficiency in medical office operations and healthcare regulations (required)Experience with budget management and resource allocation (required)BenefitsHealth benefits include medical, dental and visionLong-term disabilityLife insurancePaid Leave ProgramLocation: Pomona Valley, CAPhysical Demands: Mostly sedentary work duties require exerting up to thirty pounds of force occasionally and/or small amounts of force frequently.
