Technical Lead .Net DeveloperHouston, TX, USALong Term ContractWork Experience:• Strong expertise in technical design and hands-on coding using Microservices, C#, .NET, SQL, and AWS (SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM policies)• Proven experience in production debugging, reviewing and approving code changes• Experience building large-scale enterprise systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.Team Leadership:• Experience leading a team of 4–5 developers, including task delegation and maintaining test quality• Ability to resolve technical blockers and conflicts• Experience managing cross-team dependencies in large enterprise environments• Strong collaboration and communication skills with stakeholdersAI Exposure:• Enthusiastic about using AI in coding• Experience improving the SDLC using AI, such as coding automation, reverse engineering, test automation, debugging, and design generationRequired Technical Skills:• 10+ years of experience with C# and .NET• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and Microservices• 3+ years of team lead experience
