How You Will Make an Impact Our guests seek professionalism, honesty, and credibility. As a Experienced Commercial Van Technician/Mechanic, you will play an important role in the van and truck building and installation process. You will help make our guest's dream van come to life! Your efficiency of service and repair will directly impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle. We create recreational and commercial Sprinter vans for all the Swickard Auto Groups Sprinter Dealerships. What Winning Looks Like: Build and Install van and truck equipment including but not limited to; shelving, roof racks, ladder racks, tire carriers, partitions, drawer units, storage systems, bumpers, work bodies, light, and electrical accessories. Outfit recreation vans and trucks including but not limited to windows, roof racks, bumpers, suspension upgrades, wheels, tires and interiors Installing suspensions as needed Install equipment according to verbal and written directions Use tools and equipment safely Maintain a clean and safe workspace Work with the installation team to meet job deadlines Become familiar with and understand Out & Upfitters product line Other duties as assigned Skills Needed to Win: 5+ years of previous vehicle technician/mechanic experience Strong automotive 12/24-volt experience 4+ years Demonstrated certification or schooling through a recognized vehicle manufacturer Strong mechanical background and aptitude CAD or Solid Works experience a plus Mercedes-Benz experience preferred but not required About Us We were founded in 2014 by Jeff Swickard in Wilsonville, OR.
