As a Retail Management Trainee, you'll be the "Floor Manager" and the face of our store. You'll be responsible for: Leading the team: Recruit, train, and mentor your fellow associates. Providing exceptional customer service: Actively walk the sales floor, help customers, and ensure your team is providing world-class service. Managing store operations: Oversee daily operations, maintain product inventory, and ensure the store meets company merchandising standards. Staying on top of trends: Keep up with DIY and home improvement trends to better serve our customers. We're looking for someone who is a true "people-person" and a natural leader. The ideal candidate will have: A passion for providing a great customer service experience. The ability to lead by example and mentor team members. Excellent communication skills and an unwavering positive attitude. A collaborative spirit and the ability to build professional relationships with customers and team members. Prior experience in a retail, management, or supervisory role is a plus.
