Head of Strategic Partnerships
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships to join the Intermediaries department - a fast-growing channel managing over £25bn in assets and driving innovation at RBC Brewin Dolphin. This is a commercially focused role responsible for strengthening investment governance, developing third-party distribution channels, and supporting the evolution of MPS, Funds and Discretionary propositions. Success depends on building strong internal and external relationships, maintaining deep regulatory and market awareness, and driving profitable, long-term partnerships with providers. The role holder will identify commercial opportunities, lead negotiations, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to industry engagement while supporting the Distribution teams with insight, best practice and strategic collaboration. RBC's expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
