Job Description Are you a go-getter ready to bet on yourself? This may be the opportunity you're looking for. Small roofing company based out of St Pete FL looking for the right person to partner with to grow. The person I am looking for will be a seasoned sales manager or a younger sales killer ready to make the next step. You will be in charge of building a sales team and getting leads for them. That can include a team of door knockers and closers, people doing both, or whatever you envision. I have built this company since 2023 with slow, steady growth; even with the industry dying in the last 8 months. I enjoy the construction and back end part, not a sales guy. I don't need you to handle anything besides bringing in the work.I am offering a salary of $500/week up to three months along with 1% of sales. At that point or anytime before you can switch to 2.5% of sales with no base. Please don't just send me a resume.
