Pt population Spinal Neuro Trauma Surgical, Gun Shots, Quads, Paraplegic Nursing Support Techs, patient ratio: 5:1, phlebotomists-yes, unit secretary at night- yes, ED nurse and admitting unit complete a nurse handoff.
