Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to strengthen reporting, forecasting, and performance visibility for the business in Whiting, Indiana. We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable FP& A Manager to lead the development of financial reports, dashboards, and performance insights in a dynamic, fast-evolving business environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can quickly adjust to shifting priorities, and excels at translating financial data into clear, actionable reporting for stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and continuously improve recurring financial reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly)Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports that track key business metricsTranslate evolving business needs into flexible financial models and reporting structuresPartner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver timely insightsPerform variance analysis and clearly communicate drivers behind performance changesSupport budgeting and forecasting processes, adapting quickly to changes in assumptionsDevelop scalable reporting solutions to accommodate changing business structures and prioritiesEnsure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data across reportsRespond to ad hoc reporting requests in a fast-paced, shifting environmentSalary - $100k - $125kBenefits M,D,V, 401kQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field5+ years of experience in FP& A, financial reporting, or business analyticsStrong expertise in building financial reports and dashboards from scratchExperience with ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Jet Reports)Proven ability to manage changing priorities and work in ambiguous environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to non-finance stakeholdersHigh attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and usability of reportsSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBusiness acumen and critical thinkingRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
