Controls Development Engineer

Hiring: Controls Development Engineer – Ride Height Suspension ControlsWe are looking for an experienced Controls Development Engineer with strong expertise in automotive chassis and suspension controls to develop advanced ride height and vertical motion control algorithms.📌 Key Requirements:• 8+ years of experience in automotive controls, embedded software, or chassis systems engineering• Strong experience in suspension controls, ride height control, damping control, or vertical motion functions• Strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics, control theory, estimation methods, and closed-loop control• Hands-on experience with MATLAB & Simulink for controls development and validation• Working knowledge of Embedded C and automotive embedded software development• Strong experience with Rhapsody / MBSE, including behavioral modeling, interface modeling, requirements, and traceability• Familiarity with Ethernet protocols and automotive communication/networked control environments• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Controls, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline🔧 What You’ll Do:• Develop ride height suspension control algorithms• Design, tune, and optimize closed-loop suspension controls• Develop model-based control logic using MATLAB/Simulink• Apply Rhapsody-based MBSE methods for requirements and behavioral modeling• Support SIL and co-simulation validation• Analyze simulation and vehicle test results to improve control performance• Collaborate with systems, software, calibration, and validation teams
