Human Resources Coordinator

Mayzon is seeking a bilingual detail-driven HR Coordinator to support our Delaware manufacturing facility. This role provides hands-on exposure across human resources administration, employee relations support, compliance management, recruiting operations, and HRIS data management in a fast-paced production environment.If you are looking to build depth in manufacturing HR, multi-state employment compliance, timekeeping systems, workforce analytics, onboarding processes, and benefits administration, this role offers strong growth potential.What You'll DoTalent Acquisition & OnboardingManage full-cycle hourly recruiting support including job postings (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS platforms)Coordinate interviews and candidate communicationPrepare offer letters and onboarding documentationConduct new hire orientation and complete I-9, E-Verify, and employment eligibility verificationSupport background screening and pre-employment complianceHR Operations & Payroll AdministrationMaintain employee data integrity within HRIS (Paycom, Paylocity, or similar systems)Generate HR reports including headcount, turnover, attendance tracking, and workforce metricsCompliance & Benefits AdministrationSupport compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, and state labor lawsAssist with leave administration, workers' compensation documentation, and return-to-work coordinationSupport open enrollment, benefits communication, and benefits data processingEmployee Relations SupportServe as first-line HR contact for policy interpretation and employee questionsSupport employee engagement initiatives and retention programsQualifications1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, Payroll Administration, or Talent Acquisition SupportExperience in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or industrial environment preferredWorking knowledge of employment law compliance, wage and hour regulations, and timekeeping systemsHRIS experience (Paycom, Paylocity, or similar)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data accuracy managementAbility to manage confidential information with discretionCompensation & BenefitsQuarterly Bonus ProgramBlue Cross Blue Shield Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage (affordable employee contributions)401(k) with Company Match — 3% employer match when you contribute 6%Paid Time Off & 11 Company HolidaysEmployee discountsAdditional employee benefitsWhy Mayzon?Mayzon is a leading manufacturer of bath and home organization products sold through major national retailers and ecommerce platforms.
