This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of their work, and is ready to mentor teams while maintaining high standards of quality and client service.What You’ll DoYou’ll lead survey project delivery while supporting and developing a team of survey professionals. Key responsibilities include:Project Leadership: Plan, schedule, and manage survey projects to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget deliveryTechnical Oversight: Review and prepare survey documents, including ALTA surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and boundary calculationsTeam Development: Mentor and guide office and field staff, providing coaching and performance feedbackClient Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships while supporting business development initiativesQuality & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and internal quality expectationsFinancial Accountability: Monitor budgets, proposals, billing, and project performanceThis role may include occasional field work to stay connected to operations and support project needs.What You BringLicensed Land Surveyor (required)Bachelor’s degree in Surveying (or equivalent experience)At least 6–10 years of progressive surveying experience, including project oversightStrong working knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveyingProven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectivelyExcellent communication skills and a client-focused mindsetWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to step into a high-impact position where your expertise is valued, your leadership makes a difference, and your work directly contributes to successful project outcomes.
