The RoleWe are seeking a Marketing Lead to build and execute Clifton’s go-to-market strategy. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, creating demand generation programs, and equipping our sales team with the tools and content they need to win in the highly competitive capital markets space.This is a unique opportunity to join a category-defining company at the ground floor, shaping how public markets investors discover and adopt next-generation AI solutions. What You'll DoDevelop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, events, and partnerships to generate qualified leads.Own content strategy and production (whitepapers, case studies, webinars, thought leadership) tailored for hedge funds, asset managers, and institutional investors.Manage demand generation programs, including email campaigns, and ABM initiatives.Build Clifton’s brand presence through PR, media relations, and conference participation in capital markets and fintech communities.Enable sales with collateral, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence.Measure and analyze performance metrics to refine campaigns and optimize ROI.Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align messaging and ensure consistent market positioning. What We're Looking For+3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial technology, data platforms, or SaaS.Proven track record of demand generation, content marketing, and brand-building.Strong understanding of capital markets workflows and how institutional investors adopt new technology.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using marketing automation and CRM tools.Proactive, self-motivated, and energized by the pace of a fast-growing startup.
